Our Process
I. Discovery
A complimentary consultation to assess fit, outline the process, and set development goals. Personality assessments or 360 reviews may be used to identify key growth areas.

II. Scoping
The coach, client, and company define 3-5 measurable coaching outcomes tailored to the client’s needs.

III. Coaching
Twice-monthly 90-minute sessions, scheduled for convenience. Using proven tools and resources, the coach ensures steady progress toward goals. Engagements typically last 3 to 9 months, with full confidentiality.

IV. Results
Midpoint and final reports summarize strengths, growth areas, and progress for both the client and company.
